We'll review your team structure for fundraising up-and-down your organization, from the ED and development staff, to your leadership team, board, comms team, and volunteers. We'll assess what's going well, what's holding you back from aligning your giving program with your goals, and identify low-hanging fruit changes to set you on a path toward sustainability.  Depending on your needs, I’ll provide data analysis, retreat facilitation, pitch coaching, and a set of recommendations to move your team toward clarity and strength.
