Step back from the hustle with me and leave with a bold, actionable plan. When fundraisers feel confident in their story, systems, and pace, they stop spinning their wheels and start building real relationships with their donors.
We'll pull data from at least 3 years of revenue generation across every stream of your income, review your team structures and rhythms for fundraising up-and-down your organization, assess your pitch materials, and diagnose high impact changes to set you on a path toward sustainability. This offering will include a complementary intake meeting, data and pitch analysis, a thorough written assessment, facilitated reflection time, and a set of recommendations to move your team toward clarity and strength.

A comprehensive 12–18 month partnership to overhaul internal systems, setting your team up for sustainable success. When teams are grounded in a shared vision and aren’t burning out, they can execute bold plans without constant repair cycles.
We’ll begin with a comprehensive intake with your team. This offering includes a Fundraising Stare Down, with optional add-ons to review other areas of your choosing, such as strategic impact, internal controls management, and team culture. Together, we’ll identify your biggest gaps, create a plan to move you toward ease, and I’ll join your team on the implementation journey. I’ll tailor this offering to your specific context, with various tools available such as facilitated team retreats, regular coaching calls, participation in team meetings, acting as a touchpoint with your legal counsel, and providing hands-on assistance.
Executive & Leadership Coaching

Dedicated 1:1 coaching for Executive Directors and leadership teams to think through hard choices, clarify priorities, and grow into bold, grounded leadership. When ED’s have someone to coach them through transitions instead of white-knuckling decisions alone, they make better calls.
I offer a non-judgemental, caring, outsider’s perspective. Coaching is catered to your specific context, and can include facilitated step-back time to assess how far you’ve come and where you’d like to go, regular 1:1 meetings, and optional project management support. I’ll provide you with honest, constructive, and actionable feedback to get you and your team out of the muck and reaching your goals.

Ritual & Reflection
〰️ Sometimes the work calls for more than strategy 〰️
I design and facilitate intentional space for song, grief, celebration, and integration — drawing from my own cultural traditions in resistance and folk singing, mindfulness, and ritual design. I come from a lineage of Southern Catholic singers and workers, and also root my offerings in teachings I’ve practiced in socially-engaged Buddhist communities and with lunar magic.

Donor Advising
〰️ Honest direction for these times 〰️
Relational advising for individual donors to direct their giving to high impact, innovative, and oft overlooked campaigns. My focus area is largely southern and midwest people-powered campaigns and orgs, but my network and expertise expand nationally. We can cater our work together based on your needs.
My specialty is high-impact 501(c)4 and PAC gifts, as well as climate campaigns in the US. My ideal clients come with: an established history of giving, a capacity and desire to move $250k to $1 MIL or more, an established orientation to social justice frameworks, and a desire to meaningfully invest in durable movement infrastructure outside of mainstream party politics.
